Shared Inventory Across Ticket Types

Create tickets that share an allotment with another ticket. One ticket will be the "master" ticket where you will add an allotment. Then, add tickets that share an allotment with the master ticket type.




Get Started

Head to the ticket manager for your event. Any ticket with a plus icon next to it can become a shared ticket. If you are creating a new ticket, you must save the event after you create the ticket in order for the plus icon to appear.

Click on the plus icon. A new ticket will appear.

Fill out the ticket name, price and status. You will not need to fill out an allotment because the allotment is set with the master ticket. Instead, a SHARED label will appear.

Shared Allotment Color Indicators

After you hit Save & Exit, a colored bar will appear next to shared tickets.

Click on the SHARED link to highlight which tickets are shared. This helps you see which tickets share an allotment. Different shared allotment tickets will appear with their own unique color.

Click on the SHARED text again to remove the highlight, or click on a different shared ticket to highlight tickets of another shared allotment.
