Box Office Mobile App

The See Tickets Box Office app for iOS allows you to perform all box office needs from anywhere. You can scan customers in, sell tickets, pick up tickets, do customer support, and check your stats all from your phone.

*Please note that for swiping credit cards, our app is designed to work with Linea Pro Readers.

Get Started

Make sure to download the Box Office app, the other See Tickets app is for customers to purchase tickets.

Sign in with your See Tickets login or your Facebook account.

If you need to reset your password, enter in your email to receive an email about resetting your password.

Once you are logged in, all active events that you have access to will appear.

If you select a pass event (more than one day), you must also choose the date you want to scan for.

After selecting your event (and date, if needed) you will be brought to the entry page. This is where you can scan your customers tickets.

The entry settings (hamburger menu in the upper left hand corner) allow you to change the scan status, event, pass date, and ticket types.

You can change the scan status to normal entry, scan in, scan out, and verify only, normal entry is the default entry method. Normal Entry allows a single scan per day/per ticket, unless otherwise dictated by the multiple scans per day setting set up by See Tickets personnel. Scan In is for entry and departure, it is to only be used if Scan Out is being used. Scan Out is used to scan a ticket out, it is to only be used if Scan In is being used. Verify Only will check the tickets validity without marking the ticket as scanned, this can be used even if the ticket has already been scanned.

You can also edit your tickets to scan a specific ticket type or multiple ticket types. The default is to scan all tickets. You may choose to scan specific ticket types if you have a separate entrance, such as a VIP entrance.

Box office settings allows you to change the event that you are accessing.

15

There are 3 options to purchase a ticket in the app: credit, cash, or comp. You can switch between each option by swiping from right to left.

For the credit screen, swipe a credit card at any time (linea pro required) or enter in the credit card details manually.

16

For cash sales, enter an amount tendered to calculate the changes due.

For comps or free tickets, enter a face value and service fee amount and press the process button.

Will Call

Swipe your customer's credit card, or enter the name, order, e-mail, or last 4 digits of their credit card to pick up the customer's tickets.

20

Once an order is found, it will display the name, last 4 digits of the credit card, event name, and number of tickets. The green check mark indicated that all tickets are checked in. If the checkmark is yellow, the order has been partially picked up.

21

No checkmark means the order needs to be picked up. If you swipe a credit card on will call, it will automatically check in all tickets under that credit card.

When you click on the order, there is an option to manually check in all tickets.
