The audit trail shows you all transactions that are happening in the box office, including sales, scanning, reissues and refunds. You can use the audit trail to reconcile your box office sales (especially cash) and track the actions of a specific user or terminal.

Client Level Audit Trail

Provides a look at all box office transactions for all events on your client account.

Event Level Audit Trail

Provides a look at all box office transactions for a specific event.

Get Started

Click on Audit Trail under the Analyze menu on the client dashboard or the event dashboard.

Client View/Event View

Client View/Event View gives you an overview of all tasks performed in the box office for a client or specific event broken down by date.

Search Filters

• Search Bar: search by name, order, event, etc
• Users: filter by all users
• Type: filter by type (cash, credit, force pickup, scan, hold, consign, print, etc)
• Term #: filter by terminal number to audit a specific terminal
• Ticket: filter by ticket type
• Date Range: choose an open and close date range

POS Audit

• Top grey bar displays the total number of audit items as well as credit and cash sales with refunds in parenthesis.
• Light grey bar displays the date and credit and cash sales for that specific day.
• Column headers are time, user, terminal, type, order name, order #, event, total, quantity and ticket type.

Will Call Report

The Will Call Report will show all tasks relating to will call such as drop, force pickup, pickup, reissue and re-swipe.

• Drop: ticket drops in the local box office
• Force Pickup: manually pick up a ticket instead of swiping the credit card to pick it up
• Pickup: picking up a will call ticket
• Reissue: reissuing to will call if the ticket had been picked up or shipped already
• Re-swipe: any swipe after the original

Scan Report

The Scan Report will show all tasks relating to scanning such as scan and rescan.

Box Office Report

The Box Office Report will show all tasks relating to box office sales such as cash, credit, refund cash and refund credit.
