Understanding Your Statements

Keep track of what you owe or what you are owed for any event with event statements.

If you are using our payment processor, a statement is generated at 7:00 AM the day after the event date. If you are using your own gateway, a new statement is created every Monday and the statement will be settled weekly.

Get Started

Navigate to the Statements menu item under Analyze on the Client Dashboard.

Invoices

The Open Invoices tab shows any invoice that has not been closed. It is always our goal to reconcile event statements within a week of the event ending.

After the statement has been paid out or collected in full, it will move to the Closed Invoice tab.

At the bottom of a closed invoice, there will be a line item wth the payment info, date + time and the amount that should balance out the statement.

The top of the statement includes the client info, event info, any related statements with links, the statement number and a filter for all line item types.

We want you to be able to reconcile your statements to our stats, so we include all fees we collect on the event and balance them out on the statement if they are See Tickets fees.

The filter by feature lets you isolate a line item type.

Statement Balance

On a statement, we try to give as much data as possible. We include line items that will balance out to give visibility to all the money and fees we collect, regardless of whether or not we need to pay it out or collect it. That way, you can reconcile your statement with the event stats in an easy manner.
