Data Manager/Customer CRM

The Data Manager stores all customer data for your client account or event. You can use this data for marketing or to find out important statistics about your attendees. CRM is a marketing term that stands for Customer Relationship Management and refers to practices, strategies and technologies that you can use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout your customer's lifecycle with the goal of improving relationships with your customers.




Get Started

Head to the Data Manager/Customer CRM menu item on either the Client Dashboard or Event Dashboard under Market.

Client Level Data Manager:

View, search and export all customer data for all events on a client account.

Event Level Data Manager:

View, search and export all customer data for a specific event.

Begin by either searching for a customer by name or hitting Search to view all customers.

Data will appear under the search fields. Click the Download as a CSV link to download customer data to a csv file. This file can be uploaded to excel or a spreadsheet application for clients to use.

Advanced Filters

Select Show Advanced Filters for sorting and filtering options.

Clients can filter their customer list by purchase date, location, event, ticket type, price or purchase range, etc.
