Link Tracking

The link tracking feature allows you to to track internal affiliate sales for your team and subpromoters. No money is being exchanged or paid on the See Tickets system. Instead, this feature is used for tracking purposes. Sub promoters can see stats on their backend and you can see stats on a per event basis.




Get Started

Click on the Link Tracking menu item under the Market menu item on the left side of the client or event dashboard.

Client Level Tracking Links

Provides a link to the client profile page and will track any ticket sales for any event on your account.

Event Level Tracking Links

Provides a link to a specific event page and will only track sales for that one event.

Create a Tracking Link

Click on Create a New Tracking Link.

Enter the name and email of the person you are creating the tracking link for and hit Add Tracking Link

Copy the tracking link from the list and send to your sub promoter. Once they use this link, any customer that clicks on the link and buys a ticket will be tracked on their stats dashboard.

*Please note: if a tracking link is created on the event level, sales will only be tracked for that event. If a tracking link is created on the client level, sales for all events for that account will be tracked.

The sub promoter will also get an email with the tracking link as well.

You can also use this feature to create links for specific ad campaigns, email blasts, etc.


Track Links

To track links, visit the Live Stats page, and click on the Marketing tab. From there, scroll down to the Link Tracking section and you will be able to see a break down of sales listed by each subpromoter. If you click on the subpromoter name, you can see a breakout of each ticket type that was purchased using that tracking link.
